Damaged Freight Policy:

All orders will be shipped 100% insured. However, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise before signing for it. Even though your product may look to be in good condition, it may still be damaged. It is very important to check for both external and internal product damage (open the box) before signing for the shipment. If you do notice damage to the merchandise, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. After noting the damage on the bill of lading, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-800-471-7871 and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you detect damage to the merchandise after signing for it, you will be responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. A thorough inspection of all packages is extremely important before signing for your merchandise.


Defective Merchandise:

If the items you ordered are defective and not a result of shipping damage the manufacturers warranty applies. In most cases, this means that the unit will be serviced by the manufacturer according to their warranty service policies. If you want to return a defective item you must request and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form within 30 days of receipt of item. There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed, you must pay return freight and you will not be credited the original freight costs incurred by the shipper. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your return. If the items you ordered become defective after 30 days of original receipt the manufacturers warranty is effective and you will be responsible for freight to the manufacturer's service center.


Return Policy:

If the items you ordered are not defective and you would like to return them within 30 days of delivery, you may call customer service for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization number.


If the package has been opened and used/installed, no returns will be accepted.


If the package has been opened and unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee, you must pay return freight and you will not be credited the original freight costs incurred by the shipper. In order to receive credit for the return the items must be in original packaging, in new condition, contain all warranty cards and manuals and accessories. We will not be able to issue credit if any of the prior conditions are not met.


If the package has not been opened, you will receive full credit of the unit cost, however you must pay the return freight and you will not be credited the original freight costs incurred by the shipper.


NOTE: All credits are contingent on receipt of items in as-new condition. You are responsible for the return shipment, if the items are returned damaged, no credit will be issued.


Absolutely NO returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.


NO returns will be accepted for any special order items.
